A vernacular eco-friendly eco-tourism village for the livelihood of Artists on the river bank, resonating with the context is the whole idea behind. The facility opens into public Exhibition rooms and shops, with semi private areas like information centers, open amphitheatre, and dining hall towards the rear. Private cottages are located so as to get the best vantage of the river. Maximum of existing natural flora has been retained and the built-up space converges as one with its surrounding.
